中国大学生排球联赛市场化运作的现状分析

摘    要:实行俱乐部制度,走市场化道路是大学生排球运动发展的主要趋势。目前中国大学生排球联赛在市场化运作方面还比较落后,处于从专业化向职业化转变的探索时期。本研究以我国大学生排球联赛市场化为研究对象,对中国大学生排球联赛市场化运作的相关问题进行研究。这有利于揭示我国大学生排球联赛市场化运行的内在机理,找出其发展中存在的问题,培育与完善我国大学生排球联赛市场,并为进一步推动我国大学生排球联赛的良好运作和可持续发展提出相应的策略与建议。

Abstract:The implement club system and the professionalism are the main tendency for China university volleyball league development.Now the Chinese university volleyball league is quite backward in the aspect of operation scheme,which mostly is in the exploration period of transformation from specialization to professionalism.Taking marketization of China university volleyball league as research object,this paper makes study on related issues of China university volleyball league marketing operation.The main purpose is to find out the internal mechanism of our volleyball league college,identify its development problems,cultivate and improve our volleyball league college market,and further promote the strategies and recommendations for college volleyball league operation and development.
