山东省社会体育本科专业人才培养现状研究

为满足群众健身的需求和社会发展的需要,对山东省开设社会体育本科专业的13所高校的人才培养状况进行研究,普遍存在目标定位不明确、课程设置科学性较差、教学与实践相脱节等问题。提出山东省高校社会体育本科专业人才培养应坚持＂操作型、技能型、服务型＂的人才培养原则,各校要从自身优势出发,定位特色培养目标,提升学生的综合素质和专业能力,优化社会体育本科专业人才培养的保障和评价系统,提升社会体育本科毕业生的就业竞争力及社会影响力。

Research on Undergraduate Specialty of Social Sports Personnel Training Status in Shandong Province

In order to meet the need of mass fitness and social development,this paper makes analysis on undergraduate specialty of social sports personnel training from 13 universities in Shandong province.The result shows that the target positioning is not clear,scientific curriculum design is poor,teaching and practice is separation.Based on it,it proposed that the personnel training should adhere to the operation,skill type,and service-oriented talent cultivation principle,each school should set out from oneself advantage,position characteristic training target,improve students’ comprehensive quality and professional ability,optimize the undergraduate specialty of social sports talents training guarantee and evaluation system,and promote the social sports graduates employment competence and social influence.
