| Abstract: | Based on the disaster statistics data of Hunan Province,the article analyses the distribution of flood and drought disasters in mountain and hillyland areas of Hunan Province,their influence on agriculture,and the causes of their formation.And then the article puts forward some proposals for preventing disaster and lightening losses. |
