| Abstract: | The study examined the data about nervous and cardial function of 31 middle aged and old women before and after 3 months practice of daoyin baojian gong (an exercise of health keeping). Mechanism and causes for this exercise in enhancing human nervous and cardiac function were discussed,which provides a theoretical guidance for practising this exercise. |
