| Abstract: | The construction of faculty team is an important component of the development strategies of open universities. In response to the current status and problems existing in the faculty team of open universities, an analysis is made of the introduction, recruitment and in-service training of the faculty team. A discussion is made of the construction strategies of the part-time faculty team as well as the system guarantee and policy motivation in faculty team construction. |
