摘    要:随着知识经济的到来和市场竞争的不断加剧,许多企业特别是高新技术企业越来越注重通过人力资源战略及其管理实践获取企业竞争优势,实现企业经营战略目标。薪酬在企业人力资源管理中,对吸引、留住和激励人才起到了很重要的作用。进行战略性薪酬体系设计时,应充分考虑企业工作和员工的价值、人力市场的情况、员工生活成本和企业支付能力等因素,并结合企业所处的不同阶段,实行不同的策略。

Abstract:With the advent of knowledge economy and increasing fierceness of market competition,many enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises,pay more and more attention to achieving their strategic business goals by means of human resources strategy and administrative practice to attain enterprise competition advantages.Salary plays a vital role in attracting,retaining and stimulating talents in the human resources management of an enterprise.Therefore,making a design of strategic salary system is certainly playing an important part in upgrading enterprise competition advantages and realizing enterprise business goals.
