共建共享——高校图书馆与院系资料室资源整合的思考

高等教育体制改革的深化要求传统的高校图书馆与院系资料室各自为政、分散管理的运行模式进行适应性改革。通过分析高校图书馆与院系资料室的各自特点和功能，探讨了两者在资源共建共享方面存在的主要问题，并就如何实现高校图书馆与院系资料室资源的整合，提出了具体的解决路径。

Co-construction and Sharing-thoughts on the Integration of Information Resources between University Library and Reference Room

With the Higher educational system reform deepening in china, the traditional operating mode the university library or the reference room goes in its own way and encloses to each other is urgently required to reform. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and functions of the university library and reference room and then discusses the main problems existing in mutual share of information resources, finally puts forward the specific methods to resolve them.
