优秀运动员股四头肌、腘绳肌等速测定正常值的研究

为在运动员选材、安排训练计划、预防运动损伤与康复中使用BIODEX多关节测力及康复系统测定结果提供参考数据,测定了200名男、女运动员及20名男、女大学生的膝关节屈、伸肌群力量.其中共采用了最大力矩等8项指标,为其中6项制定了运动员"评价表格".研究中发现,过去有大腿肌肉拉伤和膝关节损伤史的运动员,并不存在长期性肌力不平衡;股四头肌最大发力角度不同于曲绵域等人过去的报导.提出了某些专项运动员在肌力方面的特点及弱点,可供教练员、运动员参考.

Study on Normal Values of Isokinetic Measurement of Quadriceps and Hamstring of Elite Players

To offer reference data in using the results measured on the BIODEX system in selecting player, planning training and preventing injuries, forces of extentors and flexors of knee joints of 200 male and female players and 20 male and female college students were tested. The measurement involved 8 indexes, including peak torque, and Evaluation Scales for six indexes were established. The findings of this study indicated that long-term imbalance of muscle force did not exist in players who had had sprain with their thigh muscles or knee injuries. The peak exerting angle of quadriceps in this study did not support what had been reported by Prof. Qu Mianyu et al. Characteristics and weakness in muscle force of players in some events were described.
