| 摘 要： | 丽水市建设生态文化是贯彻落实科学发展观、实现生态文明的具体实践,但在实践过程中仍存在不少制约生态文化建设的因素。针对这些制约因素,应以完善制度为前提,以生态知识宣传教育为基础,加大奖惩力度,强化政府、相关部门以及社会公众的生态意识,以加快丽水市生态文化建设。
