| 摘 要： | 以蚕沙为原料,提取叶绿素,制备成脱镁叶绿酸,再与ZnSO4反应得脱镁叶绿酸锌,所得成品为墨绿色固体,不溶于水、乙醇、丙酮及酸性溶液中,但可溶于碱性溶液中,其红外吸收光谱证明锌离子结合在脱镁叶绿酸卟啉环外侧链羧基处。

| Abstract: | Pheophorbin was made from chlorophyll extracted from silkworm excrement.Then reacted with ZnSO4 to synthesize zinc pheophorbin.The end product was a dark green solid.It was insoluble in water,alchol,acetone and acid solution,but was soluble in basic solution.According to IR spetrum,zinc was coordinated with carboxylic groups to produce zinc pheophorbin. |
