| 摘 要： | 射击运动员比赛时心理素质的强弱是影响射击比赛成绩的一个重要因素。本文就2000年悉尼奥运会我国射击运动员赵颖慧失利事件来分析论证心理素质对取得射击项目比赛成绩的重要性，并在此基础上提出了射击运动员心理素质训练的具体方法和手段。

| Abstract: | In shooting, the contestants' performance depends largely on their psychological qualities. This article focuses on the importance of psychological quality in competition, based on the failure of ZHAO Ying-hui, a Chinese shooting athlete, in the 2000 Sidney Olympics. Besides, this article puts forward some feasible and practical approaches to the adjustment of psychology. |
