| 摘 要： | 从职业教育发展趋势和教师教育性质的角度来看,<职业教育学>教学内容的改革应该坚持"行动导向"的理念.在这一理念下,联系我国职业教育发展对职教师资素质的要求,<职业教育学>的教学内容应该包括课程论、教学论、德育与班主任、科研论等;在具体内容上,应该以"过程性知识"为主,以"陈述性知识"为辅;教学内容的组织则应以工作过程为导向;教学内容的学习则应该坚持情境化原则、以学生为主体的原则和认知与行动相结合的原则.
