| Abstract: | To improve the quality of a class, the competition rule is applicated. In P.E. teaching we should arouse students' interests and desire for studying in order that they can master the basic knowledge skills and technical abilities quickly. The students should be trained to be a new generation who are sound in body and mind and have moral integrity by P.E. teaching. |
