| 摘 要： | 职业能力的培养是中等职业教育重要组成部分,培养中职生的职业能力已成为职业教育的首选目标。对中职生职业能力状况必须作出实事求是的分析,从培养职业能力入手构建教育环境,真正使中职生培养成为社会所需要的合格人才。

| Abstract: | Training of occupational ability ,which has been the first goal of vocational education,is the main part of the education in the secondary technical school.We should objectively analyse the condition of secondary technical school students ,construct the educational environment starting with occupational ability training . So the students can be cultivated to be qualified talents whom the society needs. |
