粤港澳大湾区背景下体育与旅游协同发展研究*——以“环粤港澳大湾区城市自行车挑战赛”为例

以教育公平、新发展理念、系统控制论为理论基础，采用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法，分析了城乡校园足球一体化发展的理论逻辑与实践路径。研究表明，推进城乡校园足球一体化发展，具有一定的深邃的理论逻辑和良好的物质基础、社会基础、制度基础。应以公平正义为价值观，以新发展理念为世界观，以系统控制为方法论，建构一体化的政策体系、资源体系、运行体系、治理体系，合力推进城乡校园足球一体化发展。

Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of Integrated Development of Campus Football in Urban and Rural Areas

This paper is based on educational equity, new development concept and system control theory, and it adopts the methods of literature research and logical analysis, to analyze the theoretical logic and practical path of the integrated development of urban and rural campus football. Research shows that promoting the integration of urban and rural campus football development has a certain profound theoretical logic and good material, social and institutional basis. We should take fairness and justice as our values, take the new development concept as the world outlook, take system control as the methodology, construct an integrated policy system, resource system, operation system and governance system, and work together to promote the integrated development of urban and rural campus football.
