| Abstract: | The result of this research is to obtain a simple test method in estimating the VO_(2max) and anaerobic power of middle or old aged men out of Lab, and to make best use of the two data of VO_(2max) and anaerobic repressentative of men's aerobic and anaerobic capacity into wide application. |
