| 摘 要： | 以南通航运职业技术学院为例，对高职院校港航物流管理专业创新人才培养模式的构建进行了探索。在分析当前人才培养方面存在的问题基础上，提出了“三层四段互动”的创新人才培养模式，并较为详细地阐述了这一模式的内涵、特征与要求。

| Abstract: | Taking Nantong Shipping College as an example,this paper analyzes the existing situations and problems of higher vocational port and shipping logistics management innovative talents cultivation in order to explore the construction of the talents cultivation mode,then puts forward innovative talent cultivation mode of ’three-level four-stage interaction’,and illuminates the meaning,features and requirements of this mode in details. |
