| 摘 要： | 在当代政府改革的浪潮中，政府绩效评估在世界各国备受重视。政府绩效评估的内涵包括经济、社会、政治等方面。政府绩效评估在世界上已经成为一种不可逆转的趋势，而我国地方政府绩效评估面临价值、理念、制度、技术等方面的问题与困难，需要不断探索并借鉴别国经验，在实践中不断完善。

| Abstract: | Great importance is being attached to the evaluation of governmental achievement and efficiency in various countries of the world in contemporary governmental reform.Evaluation of governmental achievement and efficiency includes aspects of economy,society and politics.It has become an irreversible trend in the world.But in our country evaluation of local government's achievement and efficiency is faced with problems and difficulties such as value,idea,institution and technique,so it needs constant probing and perfecting by taking other countries' experience for reference. |
