| 摘 要： | 冬季住宅区供热是关系到广大业主和使用人安居乐业的大事.近几年随着供热市场的不断变化,住宅区供热问题越来越突出.对于住户来说冬季能否"温暖"度过,是当今物业管理公司和政府都应关注的大问题.本文就中小城市冬季供热中存在的问题以及应对措施进行探讨.

| Abstract: | Heating is the most important problem which affects all the apartment dwellers, In recent years, because of the repeat change of heating market, this problem became more and more exceeding. Whether the dwellers can pass winter comfortably is the biggest problem for realty management company and the government. The paper analyses the problems in winter heating and tries to find the countermeasure to solve this kind of problem. |
