试论社会主义市场经济条件下体育道德及其制度保障

从体育的特征和内容入手,立足于在新形势下如何加强社会主义体育道德建设这一现实问题,对我国社会主义市场经济条件下体育道德制度保障进行了初步的理论探讨.认为我国的体育道德其内容应包括体育的基础性道德、主体性道德及主导性道德.而在体育道德的制度保障中要注意遵循指导原则和务实原则.体育道德保障的措施包括:大力开展体育道德教育;加强体育道德的制度和法规建设;建立体育道德激励机制;健全体育道德监督机制等.

Discussion on Sports Morality and Its Safeguard by the System under Market Economy

Starting with the characteristics and contents of physical education and being established in the practical problem of how to strengthen the construction of social sports morality in the new situation, the safeguard of sports morality by the system under the socialist market economy in China was discussed theoretically and preliminarily. It was considered that the contents of sports morality in China should include basic morality, subjective morality and dominant morality. And the principle in the nature of guidelines and principle to deal with concrete matters should be followed in the safeguard of sports morality by the system. The measures for the safeguard of sports morality include the development of sports morality education, the enhancement of the construction of sports morality system and rule of law, the establishment of sports morality inspiring mechanism and the improvement of the sports morality supervision system.
