| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以后,为了防止执政党腐化变质,毛泽东提出要从严治党,对党员干部进行经常性的廉洁自律教育。他希望处于执政地位的中国共产党能够走出“革命——成功——怠惰——失败”这个支配了中国几千年兴衰成败交替周期率的怪圈。

| Abstract: | After the founding of New China, in order to prevent the ruling party from morally degenerating, Mao Zedong put forward to manage the party seriously and always carry out the education of honesty and self-discipline to Party members. He hoped that the Party could get rid of the circle "revolution-success-laziness-failure" that had dominated China for thousands of years. |
