论体育兴趣程度与中专生心理健康的关系

本文运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试了中专生的心理健康,通过把学生的心理健康状况与学生对在体育课所学的体育项目的兴趣程度进行相关分析,发现它们的关系并不是兴趣越高心理健康水平越高.在选项体育课学习中对所学习体育项目兴趣过高和不感兴趣都不利于在体育教学中促进学生的心理健康,因此在选项体育教学中不应盲目地、过度地培养学生对所学体育项目的兴趣.

The Relation Between Interest Degree and Psychological Health of the Students at Secondary Vocational Schools
