| 摘 要： | 针对经济发展和地方产业对人才知识结构、能力素质等方面的需求,探索与实践高等学校特色专业的人才培养模式。围绕新的人才培养模式,构建多能力的人才培养体系、多元化的教学模式以及多层次的实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | To meet the demand of economic development and area industry for talent ability,this paper presents the exploration and practice on talent cultivation mode for characteristic specialty.For the novel talent cultivation mode,this paper constructs multi-ability talent cultivation system,diversified teaching mode,and multi-level practice teaching system. |
