地理科学特色专业人才质量评估体系的研究

摘    要:特色专业建设是深化教育改革的需要,更是高校谋求新的突破和发展的必经之路,而衡量特色专业建设是否成功的关键是其培养的毕业生是否符合社会的需要。因此,建立合理、切合实际的人才质量评估体系来反馈特色专业建设情况更是当务之急。本文以地理科学特色专业为例,构建人才质量评估体系,并进行了应用和社会评价检验。结果表明:学院内部质量评估与用人单位对毕业生的评价基本一致,这说明本文构建的地理科学特色专业人才质量评估体系设计合理,评价客观,能为评价教学质量提供客观依据。

Abstract:Constructing characterized specialty is necessary for deepening education and teaching reformation,and it’s also necessary for the development of universities.Whatever,the graduates meet to the need of society or not,which is the key to examine constructing characterized specialty.Therefore,it is very urgent to construct the system of talent evaluation to feedback the quality of characterized specialty construction.In this paper,geographic characterized specialty as a case,its personnel evaluation system was constructed and put in use and test.The results showed that the evaluation was very reasonable and objective.What’s more,it would be the objective basis to evaluate the quality of teaching.
