高职院校对口支援关键问题的探讨

高职院校实施对口支援，教育行政主管部门应实行动态管理、加大经费投入、引入激励机制。支援院校应无私无畏积极主动开展对口支援工作；实施“造血式”帮扶；建立互利互信关系。受援院校应变被动帮扶为主动要求帮扶；克服畏难情绪，掀起教学改革热潮；取人之长补己之短，促进自身全面协调发展。

Exploration of Key Problem in Partner Assistance in Higher Vocational Colleges

Vocational colleges’partner assistance calls for educational administration departments’ practicing dynamic management,increasing the funds investment and introducing incentive mechanism.The supporting colleges should take the initiative to carry on assistance to oriented counterparts,offer "hematopoietic style" aid and build a mutually trusting and rewarding relationship.The supported colleges should take the initiative to ask for assistance instead of being passive to be aided.Efforts should be made to eliminate the fear of difficulty to launch a teaching reform campaign and learn from others’ strong points to offset one’s weakness with the view to facilitating their comprehensive and coordinated development.
