| 摘 要： | 从业主角度讨论了如何利用业主的主导地位,抓住项目控制的主动权,不被实施过程中的相关合作单位所制约。对决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段业主的投资风险进行分析;提出了上述过程中风险的对策,旨在对建设项目的投资风险管理工作提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | From owner angle this paper discusses how to use the owners dominant position to seize the control of the project in order to not be in the process of cooperative units implementation. On the decision-making phase, design phase, bidding phase, construction phase, the owners investment risk were analysis. Then the process of risk measures were put forward. All the above efforts were aimed at the investment of the construction project risk management to provide useful reference. |
