| 摘 要： | 大学国防生是为部队培养的高素质人才，是祖国和军队的未来。国防生体育课程体系包括体育教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、课程结构、教学方法、教学评价、教学时限以及课外体育活动与课余训练等。对以上各部分进行了理论和实践的探索，使大学国防生体育课程的目的与任务更明确了、体育课程体系更优化了，使大学体育教育服务于国防生的培养。

| Abstract: | The students of the national defense in the university are going to be the person with high ability,who is trained for the army. They are the future of our motherland and army.The system of course consists of the aim,the connect,the form,the structure,the methods,the evaluation,the hour,the extracurricular activities,the training and so on.This article is exploring the theory and practice of the factors mentioned above.The aim and task have been clearer.The system of the course has been more optimization.PE has to serve the students of the national defense. |
