| 摘 要： | 自90年代中期，互联网和数据库技术使得商业房地产随着其他的B2B和B2C的业务步伐涌向电子商务。由于它的特性，除具备其他电子商务一些共同特征外，房地产业对联机服务有一些特殊的要求。COMMREX的商业房地产网上信息系统包含了“IMW的商业模型”、“多组织数据管理”、“系统设计和实施”等3方面的内容。COMMREX的实践表明：在管理和经营目标的驱动下采用的多组织数据库结构是联机服务提供商在极具竞争力的市场上启动的关键。

| Abstract: | Empowered by Internet and database technology,commercial real estate has developed e-business since mid 1990s following the business step of B2B and B2C.In addition to common features for other e-business,the real estate industry has some specific requirements for online services.Three aspects of COMMREX are addressed: IMW's business model,multi-organization data management,and system design and implementation.COMMREX's practice shows that the adoption of multi-organization database structure is driven by the incentive of managerial and business goals that are critical to a start-up online service provider in an extremely competitive market. |
