| Abstract: | Inspection Law was eventually passed after twenty years.Analyzing the content of Inspection Law and reviewing the history of its birth,we are easy to know that Inspection Law has changed much about inspection authority in exercise principle,inspection subject,inspection object and inspection content,in comparison with concerns of its content since the drafts of Inspection Law.The difference between Inspection Law and all of its drafts shows that the law was strengthened in some respects as well as shortened on the other hand.Inspection Law embodies an idea of legislation that to do should do well,or not to do at all,which is the reason for all of change. |
