发展中国家经济的两种情报服务模式

传统的情报服务模式难以满足信息社会的需要,发展中国家经济的战略情报系统应运而生。发展中国家经济战略情报系统具有宏观经济服务职能和微观经济服务职能,这两类情报服务职能根据战略目标、战略力量和战略方式三种标识构成网络,这种网络的识别方法就是战略情报系统的服务模式。

Two Models of Economic Information Service in Developing Countries

As the traditional model of information service is difficult tomeet the needs of information society, the strategical economic informa-tion system in developing countries were established. In this paper, the ob-jective existent value that the system has and the conditions it should beprovided are expounded in aspects of commerce and technology. The sys-tem has both the macroeconomic and microeconomic service functions. Thetwo function form a network by three marks, i. e. strategic goal, strategicforce and strategic form The method to distinguish the network is theservice model of the strategic information system.
