棉籽壳和玉米芯栽培猴头菇试验

用棉籽壳和玉米芯为主要原料栽培猴头菇,以观察菌丝生长情况和出菇产量.结果表明,棉籽壳和玉米芯等量配比制成的培养基最适于猴头菇生长,在此培养基上,菌丝生长的速度快、菌丝健壮旺盛、洁白、整齐浓密,出菇量也较高,比对照组增产11%左右.方差分析表明F=155.8＞F0.01=3.60,各组间差异显著.

Test on Cultivation Hericium erinacius with Cotton Seed Hulls and Corncobs

In order to study the mycelial growth and yields of Hericium. erinacius the cultivation of it using cornseed hulls and corncobs was conducted.The results showed that the best compost was cotton seed hulls with equalcorncobs,in this compost the mycelial growth was fast,the mycelia was prosporous,white and thick,the yields washigher by 11% compared with the natural control group.The variance analysis showed that F=15.58>F0.01=3.60,thedifferences between the groups were siganificant.
