高职办学模式改革中教育质量存在的问题与改进措施

高职办学模式改革中存在着教学管理组织不适应工学结合人才培养模式、教学安排不适应培养技能人才、课程安排与阶段式培养目标要求相脱节,以及重技能轻素质等问题。从抓专业重点课程建设,以重点课为核心,改革公共课教学方式,合理安排专业基础课与专业课,精简机构,整合教学管理运行机制,构建教学质量监控体系等方面探讨了教学质量的改进措施。

Education Quality Problems and Improvement Measures in Higher Vocational Education Model Reform

Problems exist in higher vocational education model reform,i.e.,the unsuitability of teaching management organization to the work-study talent training mode,the unsuitability of teaching arrangement to skilled talents training,the unsuitability of curriculum arrangement to stage training objectives and requirements,and the overstatement skills over attitude,etc.Thus improvement measures are offered from the aspects of key professional courses construction,with key courses as the core,by reforming teaching methods,reasonably arranging professional basic and specialized courses,streamlining teaching management organization,integrating teaching management mechanism,and constructing teaching quality monitoring system.
