| 摘 要： | 市场经济的本质是产权交换。在计划经济体制下的我国体育公共产权如何进行变革，适应市场并利用市场得到更大的发展是体育改革必须要面临的问题。根据我国产权改革的实践，分析了体育产权改革中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The essence of market economy is the exchanges of property rights. Under the planned economic system,the Chinese sports public property rights should undertake changes in order to meet the market and seek for greater development. This paper analyzes problems in the reform of sports property rights and puts forward relative countermeasures. |
