| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和数理统计方法，对我国东西部城市居民参加体育锻炼的意识、内容、场所、消费、健身方式及制约因素等方面的情况进行对比研究。结果表明：我国东西部城市居民在健身意识、体育价值观、健身项目的取向、健身方式及活动场所的选择方面具有显著性差异，体育消费水平随经济地位及市民的收入水平而提高。

| Abstract: | With the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,It made a comparative research on the citizens'national physical exercise circumstances including consciousness,content,place,consumption,pattern and condition.The results indcated that eastern and western citizens had a remarkable diversity in fitness exercise consciousness,physical values,physical item,pattern and place.The level of physical consumption is improving with the developing of the economic postition and citizens'income. |
