Abstract:This article uses the methods of literature material, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and comprehensive analysis, to analyze the methods of professional players ' physical training, and find the reasons. Then, it puts forward the methods of physical training which include upper limb strength training, lower limbs strength training, body muscles strength training, endurance training, and reaction speed training.
