摘    要:要想获得较好的训练效果,必须依据现代五项的项目特点和训练要求制定训练的方向,控制好训练的负荷强度,掌握好训练的负荷量并检查效果,以此来判断运动员的竞技状态和训练水平。

Abstract:In order to get better training effect, first you must according to the requirements of the modern pentathlon project characteristics and training set the direction of the training. The second is to control the training load intensity, good grasp of the load of the training and check the effect to determine the level of competitive status and training of the athletes.
