| Abstract: | The behavior of a professional manager affects the enterprise achievements directly.Based on the current situation of professional managers in our country,the paper analyzes behavior choices of professional managers through the gambling model with the game theory method,and offers suggestions on strengthening the incentive and restriction mechanism for the professional managers. |
