| 摘 要： | 维修电工高级工是高技能人才,应具备精湛专业技能,关键环节发挥作用,能够解决生产操作中的难题。通过实训教学,使学生把理论和技能有机结合,培养能够解决实际问题,具有较强的专业能力和较高操作水平的合格高级工,是值得探讨的问题。本文从搞好学生的基础训练、提高学生技能和分析解决实际问题出发,在教学中通过由浅入深地引入PLC充实教学内容,把继电接触器控制技术与PLC二者有机结合,培养适应市场需求的高技能人才方面进行教学探讨。

| Abstract: | The author has discussed a lot of problems in this paper, such as the introduction of PLC to enrich the teaching contents, combination of the contactor control relay and PLC,and etc.and also talked about the training the highly skilled talents,which can meet market demand from the basis training for students, improving their skills to analysis and solving practical problems. |
