| 摘 要： | 由于意识形态灌输与社会治理现实、现行教育模式与思政工作规律、高职运行体制与思政教学本位之间的矛盾,导致教师教学能力提升陷入教学实施有难度、发展空间受限制、自我效能感低等发展困境,据此提出了提升社会治理水平、改善思政教育体制、完善考核激励机制、强化教师使命担当等策略,提升教师内生动力,促进教师教学发展。
