摘    要:导体带电意味着电子的得失,带电量的多少将受到介质击穿强度的限制,由于这种绝缘性能的限制,导体带电时导体的质量不会因为有限数目的电子得失而明显变化;导体表面只有很小比例的中性原子涉及电子的得失,不必担心电荷分布“由表及里”。

Abstract:The conductor is electrified,which means the gain and the loss of electrons.The capacity of the electricity is limited by the degree of the medium puncture.Because of the restriction of the function of the insulation,when the conductor is electrified,the mass of the conductor won't change much with the gain and the loss of the limited number of electrons,only small percent of the neutral atoms on the surface of the conductor will lose,the distribution of the charge from the surface to the center needn't be worried.
