| 摘 要： | 高职院校引入ISO9000族标准,建立和实施质量管理体系是提高教育教学服务质量的有效方法,精细化管理亦是组织降低成本、提高产品和服务质量、提升核心竞争力的有效方法。基于ISO9000标准,探讨了ISO9000族标准在精细化管理中的作用和体现,给出了构建高职院校精细化管理体系的思路和方法。
