| 摘 要： | 课程政策中存在硬性与软性部分,前者的执行相对容易,而后者的执行与监督就难于保证。新课程政策中的软性部分没有统一的执行标准,而且它们也恰好是教师们容易抵制的部分。在未来的新课程政策实施过程中,应重点关注后续政策中软性部分的制定、政策工具的选择以及学校层面的课程实施。

| Abstract: | There are soft part and hard part in the curriculum policies.It is relatively easy for the former to be implemented,but difficult for the latter to be implemented and supervised.There is no unified standard for the implementation of the soft part in the new curriculum policies,and this soft part is just what teachers are apt to resist.In the future implementation,the focus should be on the stipulation of the soft part,the selection of policy instrument and the implementation of curriculum at the school level in the subsequent policies. |
