| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,农村社区教育学院面临新的课题,学员的求学目的和生源组成呈现多样性。农村社区教育学院应进行积极探索,设置符合农村特点的专业,建设配套的基础设施,构建一套新型的成人大专教学管理模式,用科学的教学管理模式为农村培养实用型人才。
