| 摘 要： | 文章以玉林市广场、公园锻炼人群为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法、观察与访谈等方法对锻炼者进行调查,了解武术锻炼活动的基本情况,包括参加武术锻炼的项目、动机、时间、频度、组织方式等,分析武术锻炼在广场、公园开展的现状,并对当前武术锻炼存在的问题提出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper,while taking the exerciser groups in Yulin squares and in gardens as research objects,by applying the methods of questionnaire,data statistics,literature consultation,observing and interviewing methods,investigates into the Wushu exercise status,including its items,motivations,time,frequency and organizational modes,to analyze the current status of Wushu exercise in squares and gardens.In addition,this paper puts forward suggestions to the existing problems in current Wushu Exercise. |
