| 摘 要： | 为了迎接八运会的比赛任务，主要从以下几个方面对射击队进行心理训练和心理咨询：（１）放松和表象训练；（２）自信心训练；（３）积极的自我暗示训练；（４）模拟训练；（５）赛前心理训练等训练方法；（６）团体咨询；（７）个体咨询。通过心理训练，运动员掌握了基本的心理技能，提高了良好的自我控制能力和积极思维的心理智能

| Abstract: | For the purpose of prepaing for the Eighth Sports Competition of China, we made psychological training and psychological consulting for the shooting team by several parts: (1)relaxation and imagery training. (2)selfconfidence training. (3)positive self-suggestion training. (4)simulation training.(5)predompetitive paychological training.(6)group psychological consulting(7)individual psychological consulting etc.Through psychological training,the athletes grasped basic psychological skills and improved self control and positive thought psychological ability. |
