| Abstract: | Applied Linguistics is a course of study which is in the ascendant,and its development has promoted cross disciplinary studies,resulting in many synthetical courses of study.This article is intended to make a summary of the findings in researches in applied linguistics,with the view of having foreign language teachers understanding the theories of applied linguistics,participating in the reform in instruction,and improving efficiency in the foreign language teaching. |
