Eu掺杂ZnO薄膜的制备及其光学性能的研究

摘    要:以乙酸锌为主要原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法在石英村底上制备Eu3+参杂ZnO薄膜,研究了Eu3+掺杂对ZnO薄膜微结构和光学性能的影响.XRD测量结果表明,Zn1-xEuxO薄膜具有六角纤锌矿结构且具有(002)择优生长,(002)衍射峰强度随着掺杂浓度的增加而减弱,晶格常数随Eu含量的增加而变大证实了Eu3+是以替位式形势存在于ZnO晶格中;紫外-可见透射光谱(UV)表明,所有薄膜在可见光区的透过率均超过80%;光致发光谱研究表明制备的薄膜具有良好的发光性能,几乎不存在缺陷发光.

Abstract:Eu-doped ZnO films were deposited on quartz substrates by using a method of sol-gel technique. The properties of films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),UV-transmittance spectroscopy and photoluminecent spectra (PL). XRD reveals that the prepared films possess a polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure.
