上海市青少年散打后备人才现状调查与分析

文章采用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法,对参加2007年上海市散打锦标赛的青少年运动员、教练员、管理人员等进行访问调查,以青少年散打后备人才现状进行研究。力图找出影响上海市青少年散打后备人才培养的因素,并提出相应的发展对策和建议,为上海市散打的良性发展构建坚实的基础,为将来更好的培养散打人才提供科学依据。

The Investigation and Analysis on the Current Conditions of Reserve Talents in Teenager

With research methods such as document data and questionnaire investigation,in teenager players,coaches and other crews who participate 2007 Shanghai Sanda chanpionship Contest,the paper does the study on the current situations of teenager reserve talents in Sanda.The paper tries to find out the factors affecting Shanghai city teenagers Sanda reserve talents training,and submit corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions,to form a sound base for Shanghai Sanda's better development,and provide some scientific evidence for developing better Sanda talents.
