| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是国家最高层次教育,而硕士研究生教育制度中的招生制度则是培养高质量研究生的重要前提。在当前研究生教育的快速发展中,如果在改革研究生的考试流程与人才选拔方式,研究生教育应实行适当收费,正确处理研究生招生中的平等与效益的关系等方面进一步地加大完善力度,非常有利于研究生教育的更加科学化。
