| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济是实现可持续发展的重要途径,是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择。娄底在低碳经济上还存在着认识上的偏差、能源结构和产业结构不太合理等问题。娄底应进一步提高对低碳经济发展的认识、整合优化现有的工业生产资源、增加企业技改投入、探索娄底发展低碳经济的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The development of low-carbon economy is an important way to achieve sustainable development.It is inevitable choice to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society.There are so many questions of low-carbon economy in Loudi,such as understanding bias,energy structure and unreasonable industrial structure etc.Loudi has to improve the understanding of low-carbon economic development,integrates existing industrial production resources,increases investment in enterprise technology and explore the path to develop low-carbon economy. |
